Move your body like the fluid that it is
Your blood like waves on the shores of your skin
Inside
Breaching those banks only when broken
Those solid shells of your bones
Held together by sinewy seaweed
And tendon and flexible muscle
 Push them out
Occupy all the space you can
Move your body and prove to me that you are
Show me with your thin frame that
All those elements combine so carefully
Can writhe in complexity
Bend in the audacity of the self
Connecting to the body
Connecting to the world
Beat your body against the emptiness of this universe
And show me who that body really is
