What's a Gym?

Tammy!

I recently started seeing a personal trainer. Her name is Tammy, she is blond, tan and perky. She is the perfect personal trainer. She wears all black, seems to be perpetually hyper (despite getting up at 4:30am!!) and she is not anything like Jillian Michaels. In other words she coddles me. She tells me I’m doing a great job, when I know for a fact that I am the least physically fit person in the world. She counts for me, which is amazing, because making me do math and physical activity at the same time would surely cause me to drop dead. She also talks to me, which causes time to speed up, always a good thing when you are doing something you hate. I hope that Tammy and I will become great friends and that she is prepared for the challenge of helping me meet my goals.

My Goals

· To lose 73,000 pounds.

· To be able to run at least 5 miles. In case of zombie apocalypse, obviously.

· To enjoy physical activity. And cure cancer, they are equally improbable.

· To no longer want to only eat cake. If veggies tasted like cake I would be perfectly healthy.

· To live a longer healthier life. For the sake of my reading list.
